Lenox on the Lake

None of this would have been possible without the help of Michael. My family and I traveled from NY to find exceptional care for my Uncle. After visiting 7 different facilities we landed here at the Lenox. Michael’s time, patience and compassion were top notch. He made a very tough/emotional decision very easy. Once we moved my uncle into the facility Michael even took the time to have my loved one FaceTime us so we could see him. Michael, from the bottom of our hearts my family thanks YOU for all you have done!

I lived at Lenox on the lake I broke a rule and smoked cigarettes in my room . Subsequently I was thrown out of that facility with my dog and had to sleep in my car for 3 nights during December. ..

I have performed and now have become family at Lenox.

My mother has been at Lenox On The Lake for over four years. It is very clean. The staff is very nice kitchen CNA‘s laundry women everyone that works there. I want to especially recognize the new director this year. Her name is Laura Johnson. She is an asset to this company and she is the best director we’ve had and we’ve gone through four in the last 4 1/2 years. They also have a great girl in accounting. Her name is Melanie. Kind she helps you with all your needs and will help with the Medicaid or anything she could do to make it easier and better for your resident. The chef Wayne and Marvalene, his head assistant Are really great they keep a clean kitchen and the food is presented nicely and they have a great menu. I also want to say to the front desk staff. They have two girls there Karen and Emmanuelle, who are the best in the business they look out for your family and they will give you great advice and they become your friends. Lenox On The Lake is not perfect, but it is by far one of the best ones out there for the money, I want to definitely have Laura recognized to her superiors because she is doing a fine job and she takes the time to do whatever she can to make your resident happy. My mother is very important to me. Lenox On The Lake was not something I decided easily. It was the hardest decision I’ve ever made in my life. It was the only one I really could afford that was up to par and it is clean and safe and I just want to thank you Laura Johnson for all that you do and for your wonderful staff keep up the good work Lenox. We appreciate you. I give them a 10.
