We had the worst experience here with my father. I had been out of town and when I came back to town my father had a Dr. visit to go to. I went to his room because I was going to the visit with him and we were waiting for the transport. My bedridden father's clothes were dirty and he smelled like he had not been washed in days. They knew he was going to the Dr but we found him filthy. I noticed his catheter bag looked like pure blood and I told the nurse about it and she said it was normal and it would be back to normal, tomorrow. That is the craziest thing to say! We had the worst experience here with my father. I had been out of town and when I came back to town my father had a Dr. visit to go to. I went to his room because I was going to the visit with him and we were waiting for the transport. My bedridden father's clothes were dirty and he smelled like he had not been washed in days. They knew he was going to the Dr but we found him filthy. I noticed his catheter bag looked like pure blood and I told the nurse about it and she said it was normal and it would be back to normal, tomorrow. That is the craziest thing to say! It was by no means normal. Also when we entered the room a supposed wound care nurse was leaving. He had just wrapped his foot up like a mummy and tapped it tightly shut so we wouldn't look at it. We took him to the Dr and his blood pressure was dangerously low. I told the nurse and Dr about his catheter bag and when they saw it they said to take him immediately to the ER. He had a severe UTI infection and I asked them to check his foot. He had a bed sore on his heal that was completely black and deep. The sore tested positive for MERSA. He also had sepsis and ended up in the ICU for many days. They never notified us about the foot sore or the blood filled catheter bag. It's a miracle he's still alive!!
Was there specifically for rehab. After 3 days of not even being evaluated by any rehab team, my husband and I decided to transfer to a more suitable and better rated SNF with a higher quality rehab program. After transferring, I was immediately convinced that we made the right decision. My choice left Indigo Manor in the dirt where it belonged. What a poorly-run institution from top to bottom including the food being bad tasting, the cleanliness of the rooms, the care staff, the nurses, and everything in between.

We moved our mother to Indigo Manor three weeks ago. Every interaction with staff has been very positive. Lisa spent time helping us understand the steps and process. She is so positive and professional! Jenn has been so welcoming and helpful! Andrea is so helpful and patient and is so kind to Mom. Everyone we've been contact with has been so friendly and professional! Mom has responded so positively to the kindness and respect she has received by all of the staff. She is receiving outstanding care by all of the team at Indigo Manor. She loves the food too! Thanks to all of you at Indigo Manor for the amazing care you are providing for our mother!
The people were great. The nurse's text and everybody facility was, I'd give it clean, but the one place they lacked was dietary supplements, the food sucked. It was horrible there. Many times I didn't have dinner all day, it was cold, it was just terrible. Oh. To the point where I couldn't even force it down

I had the experience of witnessing a dear friend being a patient at Indigo, and we found it to be a very pleasant stay. She was there for three months and was treated with great compassion, excellent care. Her experience with two wonderful physical therapists , Polly and Jenny, was instrumental in her being able to be discharged and able to travel out of state to be with her family. I would highly recommend Indigo to anyone who needs rehab treatment.
Be for warned patients must have an advocate watching over on a daily basis. They pushed my mother-in-law into a room and left her in a chair all day without oxygen and water. There’s no accountability at this place The quality of care is completely atrocious.
