My mother is in Home Sweet Home Assisted Living for 3 years now, when I took my mom from the other place she was staying she had bruised all over her body she was falling all most every day, after 3 years my mom had not fallen once and she had no bruised no where on her. The facility is very clean no smell the residents are very clean and well taking care of. Home Sweet Home Assisted Living have a beautiful patio facing the lake where the residents go and relax and do there activities. The administrator is one of the most caring and loving person I know she do there nails, she hug each and every one of her residents, she talk with she make them feel at home.
Staff is cold as ice; there is no warmth, compassion or patience for the residents. Instead of engaging with them, they park residents in the same spot on the couch every day and interact only when absolutely necessary. There is no effort to provide entertainment or activities beyond the two TVs that are always on. Don’t trust the sign on the wall or the words coming out of the owner/administrator’s mouth
