Her dedication and kindness truly stand out. Jackie puts so much effort into creating activities and opportunities that keep the residents involved and connected. It’s clear that she doesn’t just do her job—she truly cares about the people she serves. The residents are very fortunate to have someone like Jackie looking out for them. Her positive attitude, compassion, and commitment make such a wonderful difference in their daily lives. She is truly an asset to The Barclay, and I can’t say enough wonderful things about her!
We had the privilege of touring Barclay of Vero Beach yesterday , what an amazing experience! We were greeted by Yvette Jenkins who talked with us regarding our needs and goals for independent living. Then she took us on a tour of this beautiful and well maintained property, saw a lovely 2 bedroom 2 bath that we really liked. After that she treated us to lunch in one of the three restaurants. The food was delicious even got to meet the Chef!!!! Such a pleasure. Yvette is very knowledgeable in the entire process of downsizing, what is included in the monthly rent and answered all our questions…

A great place to live . Everyone is so friendly The luau they had here was great and the food was amazing. The food here is all home made by a chef who is great and works to please you . Marketing Yvette helps you find the special apt suited for your needs . They are pet friendly. Many activities every day . You can never get bored here. And last the maintenance crew is outstanding to help you with everything You won’t be disappointed coming here . Pricing is reasonable and the staff is caring. Don & Terri Beer

We were very impressed with the renovated apartment, the friendliness of the residents and staff, and the outstanding food and menu variety. Highly recommend you tour Heron Point.
Happy, impressed and relieved to have found such a perfect place for my parents to live in this stage of their lives. Yvette has been a dream to work with to insure every detail has been managed. Their villa is perfect and the maintenance and cleaning crew are friendly and thorough. The clubhouse is beautiful and the amenities offered impressive. We stayed for dinner and enjoyed a delicious meal and loved the variety offered on the menu. You can see Heron Points’ entire staff bringing back the life to the property and the overall community. I know my parents will be well cared for and I could not be happier to have found Heron Point.
The best decision I ever made was to move to Heron Point. Yvette is very professional in her job of leasing the apartments. The meals are outstanding under the direction of chef Derrick. Maintenance and housekeeping keep the apartments in good condition. Carrie and her team keep us busy with activities and special events. I couldn’t be happier living here.
Our mom recently moved to Heron Point after moving from Maryland . Our experience has been nothing short of outstanding since we took our first tour. The facilities, staff, cleanliness, quality and presentation of meals, and endless array of activities, are only some of the reasons why our mom has settled in to Heron Point and remains excited about her new home. We live only 10 minutes away if needed . However, the peace of mind we have knowing she is being well taken care, enjoying the company of her fellow neighbors, and truly living her best life in Vero is priceless!
