Absolutely do not send your loved ones here. My wife was admitted for recovery from a spinal condition that left her incontinent and unable to sit up. After she requested help a few times during the night, an attendant—who visibly smelled of marijuana—walked into her room and intentionally moved her call button completely out of her reach. ​In a desperate attempt to get help, my wife tried to reach the button, slid out of bed, and had to call 911 from the floor. Emergency services arrived and transported her to the hospital around 4:00 AM. ​The level of neglect is staggering, but the administration's incompetence is just as terrifying: at 3:00 PM that afternoon—eleven hours after the fact—I received a call from Dade City Health and Rehabilitation casually informing me that my wife was being transported to the hospital. She had already been safe in the ER for half a day, and we had already corporate-escalated the issue with a patient advocate to ensure she never returns to this disgraceful facility. They are negligent, unsafe, and entirely out of touch with their own patients.

My husband had a major stroke and was taken to Dade City Health and Rehab for a short time of 5 days while I had cataract surgery.. The staff was kind and assistant my husband as needed... One special Nurse I would like to thank is Mary☺️

My mom's stay here during her rehabilitation for respiratory illness was very good. She was able to work on getting her strength back and come home. The staff were great and the facility was well appointed and clean.
