“The staff is caring and attentive, especially Jane. During my mom's stay at Bethesda Fountain, Jane has gone above and beyond to make sure mom was healthy and happy and for that I am truly thankful! This is a great place and I would recommend if you are looking for a family friendly facility for your love one.

Bethesda Assisted Living in Plant City has a warm and caring atmosphere. The staff is compassionate, attentive, and treats residents with kindness and respect. It gives families peace of mind knowing their loved ones are in a safe and supportive environment. Definitely worth considering.

Bethesda is a wonderful, growing community in the heart of Plant City. With assisted living, memory care, and behavioral health communities, it is clear that this organization is focused on meeting residents where they are and supporting their individual needs. Under the new management of Dr. Rocky, there is a renewed sense of care, compassion, and dedication. He truly cares about the residents, their well-being, and the future of these communities. I am very excited to see Bethesda continue to grow and make a positive impact in Plant City. A beautiful community with a meaningful mission and a bright future ahead!

I am posting this to help others from the horrible experiences that I had trying to help my brother this place does not communicate honestly does not take care of his residence properly. It is merely about obtaining money from the residence. They are unscrupulous from the owners to Teena herself. I was Manipulated thinking that they were taking care of my brother to find that they were taking from him and kept him from communicating with the outside world they even went so far is to take his telephones that were free given to him by the state there were so many situations that were dishonest. I tried desperately to be kind throughout the whole ordeal. I was generous with Teena and Even brought In snacks for the other residence, the place was very dirty. I even saw cockroaches. The odors were strong. they were extremely Dishonest Even there mannerisms, and how they handled other patients were disturbing and of course they were not taking care of the needs of a traumatized disabled individual. Teena personally acted as if she was taking care of my brother specially only two twist The truth and then threaten him that he would be put out in the street if he didn’t do exactly what She wanted with a promise that she would take care of Vital needs she constantly triggered him by lying and false promises, The owners, husband and wife, I tried constantly to communicate and get answers from both of them They constantly would put Teena in charge of any communication and would not answer questions about the welfare and the needs Of the patient and kept him from the outside world and communication of it very dishonestwith me about horrible incidence that happened. They would not help me to find him a suitable place. I know she should mention that there was another patient that was threatened and thrown into isolation when they would not do things the way Teena wanted to I feel if I wasn’t around to witness such things. Things could’ve been a lot worse. I was worried constantly about his welfare, she knew how to trigger him He confided in her with his traumas and trusted her explicitly, I even fell into the trap of thinking she What help him as she grilled For his past information which he ended up using it to her advantage. I would constantly send. him lots of things expensive things that to this day or missing and the way they threw him to the street and they continue to take his Social Security money. please make sure funds aren’t going directly to them without discretion. Otherwise it’s difficult to get them to release their authority to get money. He has been out of there for almost a year and they are still taking his Social Security after having him sign papers. This kind of behavior has to end! And that can only happen when family of the loved ones are actively aware of what’s really going on. This is not the only place. However, people are too afraid to speak up. This has to stop this place should be investigated thoroughly, and the people that are there should be protected and their family should know truly what these people are all about. These places are put there to help people in their families manage difficult situations with their loved ones. they trust that these facilities and the people on staff are taking care of them and protecting them from the Difficulties of being in the outside world, however once they Earn your trust things start to go awry whoever reads this. I hope you will be diligent and aware that things aren’t always as they appear. Please protect those you love by standing up to any discrepancies and do your own investigation.
