Helping Heart Assisted Living Facility is in the top tier of ALF's, this location is a state-of-the-art facility. If I was ever in need of assisted living, this would be my 1st choice, I would be confident that I'm in the best of care. The staff is very attentive to your every need they are not preoccupied with other things. You feel like family when you are there, not like a number. The small attention to detail inside and out is amazing, the facility does not have an odor like other facilities I've visited its always fresh and clean no matter when you arrive. The addition of live plants and pictures on the walls makes it more inviting. Whenever you need to ask a question or check on your loved one there is always a friendly voice on the phone to take your call, no need to track them down. I just recently lost a loved one in another city due to poor care at an assisted living facility I wish Helping Heart was an option I know my loved one would still be alive. Please don't hesitate to consider Helping Heart for yourself or your loved one's care, you won't regret it. This is a diamond in the ruff, it's very rare to get the level of care like this anymore.
