3.1 · 35 reviewsI would not recommend the Pavilion of East Tampa due to serious concerns about management and resident care. During my time there, I witnessed frequent issues such as missed medications and what appeared to be drug-related activity inside the facility. The administration, led by Doris Rangel, often ignored reports and concerns raised by staff about resident safety and facility conditions. The building also has a strong odor and is not well maintained. Residents deserve a safe, clean, and well-managed environment — unfortunately, that’s not what I experienced at this location.
The new management and team are great and care about the residents. Improvements to the building are looking great! The ED’s door is always open for any questions you may have!
Ive been going into Hanna for Physical therapy for 10 years on and off. The administration has never been better than it is presently. They make me feel like family and they know I care about every resident.

I would like to take a few brief moment to dicuss , share and be honest review, i lived in alfs for 6 to 7 year but yet the pavilion is to be the friendlyness, loveing , caring place of them all, I am pleased to say i have lot of friends that i get along well with, and also who could ask for a better staff that works here. Our needs our well met if i have any concerns, i can go into the directors office anytime she has a open do policy, she is upbeat, outgoing, very nolible and fair, all the other manager and staff found to be the exactly the same. Our facility may not be top tier but it is clean, comfortable, and welcoming. So if you need to put your love one in a alf consider placing them in to the pavilion of E Tampa.
It always stinks, patients are allowed to go days without showering after peeing and pooping themselves. They should be embarrassed of how this place looks, smells and the staff represent their job... they need to be shut down!!!!
Most horrifying experience to see a loved friend suffer at the hands of THIS FACILITY- Horrendous, horrifying to witness NO humanity. The place was disgustingly filthy .I truly felt as if I was watching the remake of the movie One flew over the coo coo's nest . Literally. I will never forget how much she suffered there. Never - ever..
Someone needs to take care of this location. There should be absolutely no reason why it smells the way it does the second that you walk in. I have been to so many assisted-living places have never had a place smell this horrible I cannot imagine these people living here and being under these conditions. Take care properly of the people that are living here. This was ridiculous. Let me add in that whoever it is from management going ahead and finding people that leave reviews their social media to reach out to them instead of responding to this review directly that they’re gonna make some changes speaks volumes. This isn’t a place where people deserve to live in
