Grand Living Park at Lake Mary in Lake Mary, Florida, offers independent living, assisted living and LUMINATIONS® memory care. Independent living is a maintenance-free option, with housekeeping and home maintenance handled by the community while residents maintain their own routines.

Residence choices include studios, one- and two-bedroom apartments, Signature Suites, memory-care residences and Grand Villas. Residences are unfurnished, so residents can bring their own furniture and décor. Grand Villas have vaulted ceilings, full kitchens, paved driveways, private garages and backyards. The community’s published monthly-fee description includes the residence, utilities, weekly housekeeping, dining, activities and entertainment, scheduled transportation and access to amenities; care may cost extra depending on individual needs.
IN GRAND TASTE® dining includes formal dining, a bistro and private dining areas, with chef-prepared meals. Shared indoor spaces include the Grand Library, Grand Lounge, activity rooms and studios. The Forum Theatre hosts live entertainment, movies, lectures, educational classes and special events. The Grand Spa and Fitness Center includes a fitness center and exercise studio with modern equipment and a full-time fitness director, as well as a salon. Massage rooms and offices for visiting medical professionals are also listed.
FACETS® programming is described as addressing physical, emotional, social, intellectual and spiritual well-being through daily activities. After my father’s recent passing, my mother stayed with my wife and I for 6 months but we knew that it was only temporary. We wanted to find a place where my mother would feel safe and give her the best opportunity to rediscover herself with her next phase of life. After doing thorough research, we came across Grand Living Park at Lake Mary and I’m so glad we did! From the moment my mother and I walked into this place, I knew this was going to be the place where she’d be happy and make new friends with a caring staff and all of the has come to fruition. Drew and Kayla's ability to quickly pivot and help me realize these changes have made all the difference. I moved into Grand Living at Lake Mary Florida about a month ago and was greeted by two of the loveliest and most helpful guides to my future in the smiles and words of Kayla Sargent and Andrew Destefano. The surroundings are just as they expressed to me with my temporary accommodations being beyond expectations. You are fortunate to have employees who express friendliness and understanding to an "old man" in a way that is not pacifying. Keep up the good hiring practices. !!
Grand Living at Lake Mary has been amazing! They have helped us coordinate care for two loved ones - one in Assisted Living and one in Memory Care. They have made what could have been a very stressful process so much easier. The community itself is beautiful and feels more like a hotel than a senior living facility but what really makes it special is the staff. Everyone we've worked with - from the front desk to housekeeping to the care teams has been friendly, helpful & genuinely caring. A special shoutout to Kayla, who has been nothing short of an angel. She has answered what feels like a million questions, helped us through every step of the process and always goes the extra mile to make sure everything is taken care of. Her kindness, patience and attention to detail have meant so much to our family. We're incredibly grateful for the care, support & peace of mind they've provided and would highly recommend Grand Living at Lake Mary to anyone looking for a place for a loved one.
I honestly can’t say enough about Artesia and Brittney. They have been such a gift to my aunt and to our family. Every single day they treat her with kindness, patience, compassion, and genuine care. You can tell this is not “just a job” to them. They don’t just help take care of her, they lift her spirits. They make her smile, laugh, and feel seen and valued every day, and that means more than I can put into words. When you have loved ones depending on others for care, people like Artesia and Brittney are priceless. In a world where truly caring people can be hard to find, these two go above and beyond constantly. They deserve to be recognized for the incredible work they do because they make a real difference in people’s lives every single day. We are beyond grateful for them.
Moving my independent, stubborn 80 year old mother into assisted living was difficult for her and us. However the entire staff at Grand Living has been AWESOME. Carol in sales was very kind and formed a great relationship w mom. Kayla has been a wonderful go to with any concerns we have. John is truly great any problems in moms room he is there to fix it. The health and wellness staff very attentive and compassionate to moms needs. Moms care staff Brittany and Artesha (aka Molly and Polly) are truly delightful with mom. ` Really from the moment you walk in the building and are greeted by Debbie, Shay or Jerry it is a caring and friendly environment. Even the bus driver Luis is very attentive to all the seniors he drives on their super fun outings. I'm so happy with our decision to move mom into Grand Living Park at Lake Mary
