If I could give ZERO stars I would. I visited a Family member on Saturday the 16th with others. . I am anonymous so I dont get back lash from them. They seem mean. but what in the world. I understand insurance companies only pay for what they do, but come on. This place needs alot of work. Down to the gloves. The food. The floorboards, bathrooms. Trash, gloves, cigarettes butts in parking lot. Screens cut out of windows. Outside of this facility is gross. The inside smells of urine. 1 nurse talking care of all the patients. They dont get their morning meds until lunch! The lack of compassion…

It took me days to even think of what to say. Outdated furniture and equipment. Things being stolen. Its alot. I wont return to that place.. the city needs to go I.

Very informative meeting with social worker and case manager. They were very professional. Ms. Thomas was the best person I met. She was to the point, understanding. When your loved ones are in a denial situation, it takes a certain personality to ease the pain. She did it for me. Thanks

Day shift appears awesome. The actual facilities don't look as well in person as online however.
I am Anthony Scott Brown with On The Wings of Love, Inc. 501 C3 Non-Profit Organization and I used to do a full church service at this home before Covid-19. I have been doing this going on three years now. I have now been invied back to do a Bible Study on the first and third Sunday of each month. The staff has always be courteous and very helpful. Mr. Timmons the new Administrator has been a real blessing to work with. The home is always clean and the Residents are always care for very well. This Residence has a very caring and compassionate staff.
