My Mom was losing weight before she came to Cypress and she has gained weight since she has been here. She is actually interested in eating now. The facility is homey and clean, very inviting. The activities director keeps the residents active. My Mom is thriving and I have a confidence that when I leave, she will be in great hands. This facility should be a model for all facilities. Thank you Cypress Creek for taking great care of my Mom!

Every time I’ve visited, the facility has always been clean, friendly, and had such a positive atmosphere. I really love the family-oriented environment it truly feels welcoming and caring.

My 93 year old mom lives in this facility and the staff and place are amazing. I visited often every week for almost 2 years, now knowing she is well taken care of we were able to realize a retirement goal of living abroad outside the USA. We would not have been able to realize this dream otherwise. Love this place and the staff.
We knew the moment we stepped into Cypress Creek that this was a special place. We took a tour and the place was perfect for Mom. She has been there a year and a few months. Everyone is incredible - residents and staff! I told my mom that when it is my turn, I will go live at Cypress Creek. My mom has a better social life than I do. You can do as much or as little as you wish. We feel blessed to have found Cypress Creek.
My wife of 40 years, Sally, had late stage Alzheimer’s and moved into Cypress Creek Memory Care in mid May. Although the situation was heartbreaking, we had an excellent experience at Cypress Creek! The support staff treated Sally like she was a family member. She received wonderful care and attention from the nursing aides and nurses. I visited nearly every day and came to know many of the caregivers by name. Before making a decision, I visited a dozen Memory Care facilities in the area. I narrowed it down to my top three and then had Sally’s siblings and our daughter made the final choice. Cypress Creek was the unanimous decision, and it turned out to be a good one! I hope you never need memory care for a loved one, but if you do, I highly recommend you consider Cypress Creek. Ask for Laura or Kate and they’ll take good care of you.

My husband has dementia and didn’t know I was his wife. He sat in the car hoping to find his wife. He went to Cypress Creek Memory Care on Dec 20,2024. He has adjusted to his life there and has excellent quality of life. The staff really cares about each person in a very loving way. They have many activities that they are encouraged to attend. I visit my husband every day with our dog. He is relaxed and happy and more involved in activities since he has been there. It is a difficult decision to make, but if he can’t be home with me, he is in the best place possible. I appreciate all the people at Cypress Creek who make his life so much better than it was.
