My mother recently passed but her decline started at this point. I honestly believe that she would be alive had she not gone here. The recruiter is an absolute liar. This is not affordable luxury. This is an efficiency/motel like accommodation. You should have a certain level of independence when admitting here. It's like a dormitory for the elderly. My mother slept in her wheel chair for 3 days without adequate care and support. Typical CNA and Nurses with bad attitudes and speaking Kreyol. She went to the hospital as a result of blood clots in her legs from being upright in her wheel chair for 3 days. All of that led to months of hospitalizations which intern caused her death. She was perfectly fine at Martin Coast. It all went downhill the moment she entered this facility.
