Lived here for 11 years. Have some really great people living here. Pretty close community. Has an HOA, but very minimal/ reasonable fee per year. Fee pays for get togethers and only benefits the people living here. Has Pool and Club House. Lot rent is pretty high, but most own their own Mobile Homes. Safe community.

I was helping a friend at there annual community sale. It was a nice time. The next one will be in April. It is just a large yard sale, but they have food and refreshments.
