Chapman Manor at Lutz

I am very happy and my Mom is very happy at Chapman Manor Assisted Living. The staff is wonderful. Mom has been there for 5 years.

Absolutely horrible experience placing my brother there. He was evicted without prior notice after 3 weeks, they kept the $2500 Community Fee, and used ACH to take out the next month's fees. Then, they did not provide a full refund. One Star is generous.

Why are the lights in the parking lot not on? This creates a dangerous hazard for residents and visitors.

Recently, our family faced an unimaginable series of challenges. Just one week after losing my beloved mother and while still managing funeral arrangements, we were confronted with the urgent need to move my father from a rehabilitation facility into assisted living. My mother in law loves her place ... her room is big enough for her couch across from the Bathroom & she has a nice chair at the end of her bed with a tv on her dresser.. that she likes to sit in & watch .. when she doesn't want to be with everyone else.. there is always plenty of staff .. which we had a problem with at another facility...
