Hello, I am writing this on behalf of my mother Rosemarie. The Bridgewater Park facility in Ocala, Florida has been a great comfort for my mother making this big change and adjustment in her life. Moving her into a assisted living facility after living in her own home was a very big change for my her. Kim Muse is very honest and true to her word while showing and explaining Bridgewater Park facility and services. The service that my mother receives is top grade service! Zachary Gray has been available to me if I have any questions even after hours and on his personal time. This is much appreciated! The people in the service departments are a pleasure and quick to assist. The maintenance team have made mother very happy. Dan Albo and his Partner Jeff are there for any of my mothers needs. The transportation person Jeff is a gentlemen and a great reflection of the team. The rest of the staff are also great the ladies that clean and care for my mothers room, the dinning area and staff are all great. I am glad I picked this facility to care for my mother.

BPAL is excellent & I think the staff is outstanding. My mom moved to BPAL over 5 years ago after I researched numerous AL facilities in the area. She had a wonderful apartment with a balcony. She has been treated with dignity, care and compassion. The facility is clean, well maintained, and has ample activities to keep the residents involved. It has a lovely courtyard with a pond where mom liked to watch the fish and birds. I’ve eaten there several times with mom – whether for just a lunch or a holiday party and the food was delicious. Recently she moved into their Memory Care unit. I was stressed about this move, but the staff made the transition seamless. She is well cared for and there are numerous activities to keep her engaged. She is always happy when I visit – whether it is singing or playing “kick ball” or dominos (Susan and Teresa do a phenomenal job!). I am grateful to Zach and Pablo and their exceptional team (too many to name) for taking care of my mom with kindness and compassion. I would give BPAL 100 stars if I could!

This is THE highest rated ALF in the Ocala area. From the great food to the fun activities, its like a cruise ship on land. I would definitely recommend considering them for your loved one.
Zachary does an excellent job managing Bridgewater Park Assisted Living. He is professional, approachable, and truly cares about the residents. His leadership creates a welcoming and well-organized environment where everyone feels supported.
What a joke this place is!! If you’re even thinking about this place best think again. Don’t let the looks fool You as it did me. Nobody knows anything when you ask. I mean not even the case worker. This place is a joke to be brutally honest. I feel for those who get sucked in by the nice approach to get you in. Once you let your parent in it’s like a nightmare you wish you never had.
The whole crew here is outstanding. I have lived here for one year and love the activities team. Sarah, Kerrie, and Teresa go above and beyond ! Zachary runs tight ship
