3.1 · 49 reviewsPlease don't send your loved ones here unless you can visit everyday to check their condition an treatment only 2 nurse for 100 people an 1 nurse is busy most of her shift despencing medicine so it leaves 1 nurse who isn't trained enough no one in the facility know how to change a colonoscopy bag and they have no supplies for wound care no gauze, or even anti septic so if you even get a small cut they have no way to clean your wound we had to bring all our own medical supplies just read back in the reviews an read them we felt very lucky to get him out alive a bunch of others were not that…

Unfortunately, zero stars are not an option. Our experience with this facility was horrible. Based on what I personally witnessed during frequent visits, I believe the conditions and quality of care at this facility need to be investigated by the appropriate state agencies. I would not trust this facility with someone I love, again. Our elderly and most vulnerable residents deserve to be treated with dignity, compassion, and appropriate care. They deserve so much better than what I witnessed here. Families, please visit your loved ones frequently, ask questions, and advocate for them. I left…

Based on what I personally witnessed during frequent visits, I believe the conditions and quality of care at this facility need to be investigated by the appropriate state agencies. I would not trust this facility with someone I love, again. Our elderly and most vulnerable residents deserve to be treated with dignity, compassion, and appropriate care. They deserve so much better than what I witnessed here. Families, please visit your loved ones frequently, ask questions, and advocate for them. I left this experience deeply concerned about the residents who may not have someone there to advocate for them.

I believe I had partially given up on life. I was feeling beaten. I recently lost the love of my life to cancer. December was a tough month. It was our wedding anniversary and his birthday. Then on Dec 30th. I had a very difficult day ending with a fall in my home. I fell on my face, but by the grace of GOD, I was not seriously hurt. I went into Bridgewalk on Harden for respite, which consists of a 5 day stay. Every single person was so eager to please. It was a very calming experience. I don't remember all my caregivers names. But they were all so caring. A resident could not ask for more. Tonya Fowler, was exceptional. She painted my nails. Her attitude and compassion, kindness and giving nature was so very comforting. She made me feel like I was queen for a day lol. I look forward to coming back. I feel like a new person. No longer the person that I was. Grieving is difficult but now I have a new lease on life.
