We experienced some bad effects of Hurricane Helene but have begun to recover !!
Beautiful place. Dolphins are common for your view. Close to many places by boat.

Having heard the horror stories of HOA's Brenda and I were massively impressed with the community. Especially Mike and Tina in the office, friendly and solution oriented. The maintenence crews are always friendly and helpful. The neighborhood is a throw back to the 60's, you know, friendly, neighborly and they look out for you. Congrats on the outstanding effort to make this home. Added bonus, low fees, check it out.

Friendly, active, gated, waterfront community. Just over the Tom Stewart causeway from Madiera Beach. Close to restaurants, shopping, services, parks, and the Pinellas Trail. There's no other 55+ place like it!

What a beautiful 55+ community. Condos on the water with boat slips, tennis, bocce ball, putting greens, heated swimming pool, two clubhouses one with a Dance Floor, pool table room, library and card room.
