Bethel ALF

Tengo casi 5 meses de trabajar en Bethel, estoy muy contenta con mi trabajo, los dueños son personas extraordinarias con mucha calidad humana, llenos de amor y Respeto dispuestos a encontrar personas con calidad humana para trabajar junto a ellos, es un lugar donde se trata con mucho amor y respeto a todos los residentes, quien conoce verdaderamente este lugar sabe de lo que hablo, estoy muy agradecida con Dios y con los dueños por darme la oportunidad de trabajar en este lugar,dónde hay que tener calidad humana como primer requisito para formar parte del equipo de trabajo,yusmey mi jefa es muy exigente si, es verdad, porque hay pocas personas que aún conservan el respeto amabilidad bondad ética y mucho más, esa es la razón por la que entran y salen personas que por A o B, razón no llenan esos requisitos ella es muy selectiva con el personal, es un lugar donde la prioridad son los residentes, una mala conducta no es permitida, no entiendo cómo hay personas que aún no comprenden ese punto, en fin quien no trague a cualquiera del equipo, que se ahogue y trate de ser mejor aprendiendo a controlar sus emociones.y mejorando su conducta.

My mother has been living at Bethel ALF since February of this year. My mother suffers from Alzheimers, and Rheumatoid Arthritis. Since than she has received excellent health care in a loving home environment that is nurtured by the owner Yusmey Fabregat. Yusmey is not only an experienced and knowledgeable Hospice Nurse and Physician but a very caring human being that treats her residents with humanity and respect and yes love. She selects staff that are knowledgeable and show compassion and respect for their residents whom they treat as a family. The environment is safe and clean, and they offer a “like home environment” for their residents taking care of all their day to day needs which they can no longer accomplish alone. Bathing, grooming, eating, medication management, communication with her doctors, and pharmacy offering the best support system possible for the residents. This is accomplished with compassion and respect. Communication with Yusmey and her staff is seamless as they keep me abreast of her condition at all times. When visiting my mother, I have always found her clean, well groomed and well taken care of. They accommodate her tastes in food and go out of their way to make her comfortable. I am very grateful to Yusmey and her staff for taking such excellent care of my mother and providing a safe and welcoming environment. I have peace of mind that my mother is well taken care of by people who care genuinely about her. Graciela Escalante

I want to take this opportunity to thank Bethel ALF for helping my mother and I travel through the difficult changes of dementia. My mom has been with Bethel ALF coming on 4 years in December and is alive and well because of the care, individualized attention, love provided by Bethel ALF and its staff. There is no other place in Miami and I attest to it having been in other ALF with the respect for human life, integrity to treat dementia patients in the case of my mom, and all around equipped facility to cover my mom’s physical and psychological changes characterized by dementia. My momma is always impecable, well-nourished, in good spirits and that is what anyone in this type of situation should strive to find to try to give their loved one the best quality of life possible in these last years. Bethel ALF signifies peace of mind knowing my mom is being taking care of the way she deserves. If your loved needs this type of care, I would not take them anywhere else but Bethel ALF.
