Best Care Senior Living at Punta Gorda

I'd like to share my review for all and anyone who is in the need for am Assisted Living/Memory Care facility which my husband, Ron Oriel, needed. I particularly would like to mention Ms. AMY TITUS, director of Sales and Marketing. She was a tremendous help to me when the time came to place my husband in a facility. She was extremeltmy kind and compassionate and showed my husband a goid deal of respect.and me also. It's a difficult decision to make, but Amy walked me through the whole process and answered all my questions, no matter how many I had. Thereafter, any concerns or needs I had for my husband were expedited in a timely manner. AMY neve complained about how many times I called her for assistance. We couldn't have been treated any better. AMY WENT ABOVE AND beyond TO ASSIST US EACH AND EVERY TIME WE NEEDED ASSISTANCE BEST care Assistant Living is fortunate to have such a special person in their employ The staff was wonderful also. My husband was treated extremely well until unfortunately he passed on February 10th He passed in comfort and dignity Thats all I could ask for. **Best Care has been an excellent place for my mother. The facility is always very clean and well organized, which gives us great peace of mind. The staff members are kind, attentive, and truly caring, treating residents with respect and patience. The management team is professional, present, and always willing to help when needed. My mother is an elderly woman who requires a lot of assistance with her daily routine, and the level of care she receives is outstanding. I am very grateful for the dedication and compassion shown to her every day. The food is also very good, well prepared, and appropriate for her needs. I truly appreciate everything Best Care does for my mother and highly recommend this facility.

I am in the Healthcare field and LOVE visiting this facility. The care and affection the residents of this community receive makes my heart happy for them. The staff REALLY CARES.
