3.4 · 8 reviewsI've had several people (friends of mine and my doctor's nurse) tell me what a wonderful place this is to be. I have my sister in there - my mom was there 12 years ago. The staff changes like every other place, but they are friendly, and I feel they go out of their way to help in any way they can. I'm very happy with most things over there, and I feel my sister is getting the best care she can get. My questions, phone calls, etc. get answered in a timely manner. I am very happy to have my sister here.
I don't have enough energy to say all the bad things I experienced at this place. Its in the past. I personally would never recommend this facility.
If I could, I would rate this place Zero stars. The five stars reviews on the website are all made up lies. This facility does not offer a Recreational Program, Activities, nor Coordinator Transportation. The food is not appropriate for ageing adults. The staff ratio is only one person per shift at all times. if you love your ageing parent or grandparent, please stay as far away from this place as possible. I hurt knowing there are actual helpless living beings there right this very minute.

I have been visiting Bayvue for approximately six months to visit a dear friend, the atomphere and "at home" feeling was one of the first things I noticed!! The staff go above and beyond to care for their residents. The facility is always clean and well organized. I love how they offer activities in the morning to engage the residents with games and exercise. I highly recommend this place for your loved ones.
The staff at Bayvue were always helpful, patient and kind. They were also responsive to requests for information and providing exceptional 24-hour care for my dad. The facility was clean and well maintained throughout his stay. All the residents were well taken care of and provided individualized attention. I loved the "at-home" feeling and the charm of the facility! I would highly recommend!! Great facility
