This is the best assisted living facility I have ever seen. I worked as an Occupational Therapist, and I visit my patients and it’s always the same energy and vibes. The residents are always happy and the environment is SUPER CLEAN, TIDY AND FRIENDLY. I definitely recommend any family members to place their love ones at Awaken ALF
The staff at Awaken are truly compassionate and caring. They treat the residents like family and build genuine, close relationships with everyone in their care. My boyfriend’s father lives at the Riverview location, and he is always smiling when the team comes in to help him. The level of attention and kindness they provide feels just like in-home care, offering comfort and peace of mind to both residents and their families.

From the moment we walked in, the environment felt warm, welcoming, and genuinely centered around dignity, comfort, and individualized care. The staff at Awaken go above and beyond not only are they professional and attentive, but they treat residents like family. Whether it’s helping with daily routines, organizing engaging activities, or just offering a kind word and a smile, their compassion truly shines through. The facility itself is beautifully maintained, clean, and designed with residents’ comfort and safety in mind. My loved one quickly adjusted, and it’s been heartwarming to see how much more joyful and relaxed they are since moving in. Awaken doesn’t just provide care they foster community, independence, and peace of mind. I highly recommend it to any family looking for a place where their loved one will be truly seen, supported, and cared for.
After touring more than five large ALF’s in the area, I was within 24 hours of having to choose a place for my mom. Someone recommended Awaken to our family, and I agreed to visit. I did not have high hopes and really did not expect much. However, to my surprise, the facility was extremely clean, I met the staff, and I was given a presentation on how the place operated. I read through the agreement that night, and figured I had nothing to lose by giving them a try. If I was not happy, with proper notification I could move her to another facility. Needless to say, they have exceeded my expectations and continue to do so! I would definitely recommend anyone to check it out.
