Avante at Leesburg

I was at avante at Leesburg wost place ever staff was horrible food was horrible it wasn't clean at all the Don doesn't do anything the physical therapy people are horrible just the whole place was i had to take cold showers I felt unsafe there and I wish the state would do something with some of these bad ones like this close these places down I gave this place a one because you can't give your opinion unless you give a star but in my experience with this place I need to give it a big fat zero this place isn't to stay open it isn't fit for my dog the abuse that goes on there patient s not being taken care of leesburg of avante is not a good place to put anyone that is a loved one they are in it for the money not because in one cares over there I know I was a patient over there thank God I got out I paid 758.00 dollars every month to be abused by them people

If I could give 0 stars I would. This place is not only disgusting, the staff is rude & disrespectful - especially the weekend receptionist. I am really unsure why she works in people facing position when she hates people. They lost most of my mother's clothes, have never found them. But the worst is the communication. I was trying to get anyone on the phone in the ward and nobody answered the phone. I tried calling different times, nothing. I was trying to get information on the status of my loved one. But as soon as it had to do with money... they were right on the phone. You definitely do not want anyone you care about to be here.
