While I appreciate the opportunity to visit my great grandmother, I have some concerns regarding rounds being performed by support staff and how that is being implemented. I have visited several times since my son has been recuperating from his surgery at Oak Haven. The staff are friendly and professional throughout the building. My son has been satisfied with his meals and his daily care. I was able to stay during his occupational therapy session and was pleased with the activities and my son's enthusiasm during the session.

My mom was there from May 1st- June 4 I believe, she had UTI urosepsis.my opinion they waited to long to treat her when I've noticed signs with permission she went to hospital were she spent 12 days there I tried to give her another chance of hope by having her go to a different rehab facility but 4 days in she got pulmonary edema then was unresponsive on life support with strokes and massive heart attack and never had a heart attack until recently now my Mom passed away 6,/28/26 and her problem started while at oak haven, now we're going through the difficult time in our life.
