Angels Senior Living at North Tampa

If I could give it 0 Stars, I would! This place is disgusting, please find another place for your love one to stay at!! A friend of mine was in there from my childhood and when I would visit, it smelt really, REALLY bad!! It's HORRIBLE!! The Office personel are also RUDE and inconsiderate! There's only 1 public restroom to use as well!! Crazy!! JUST DON'T DO IT, Spend a little more for another facility, trust me, you'll be glad you did!!

Jesse Pitts, Christina Muniz, and Christina Hamilton are the trio that everyone needs in their ALF. Not only do they work as a team but, keep the building running afloat. Jesse Pitts goes beyond his title as an Administrator. He works closely with residents making sure their needs are met. I admire how he always striving to improve positive growth in Angels North Tampa. He plans very precisely with resident activities so residents can have a variety of options to do during the day to keep them occupied while having fun. He also treats staff with the upmost respect. Always believing in them giving everyone chances to grow in their positions. Christina Muniz wellness coordinator is always on her A game. Making sure residents are in good health and always safe! Protecting forever Angels North Tampa residents, staff, and family. Her warm heart, loyalty, and compassion for the seniors is something I never seen before! Christina Hamilton social worker is always informative for staff, family, and residents. Always keeping all paperwork for everyone organized. She always is selfless stopping her busy schedule to always make sure residents are situated. She is always understanding as well towards her staff and plays fair. The housekeepers thank you for always keeping the buildings clean and spotless especially Misley. Every-time I walk into the building it always smells like fabulouso with all furniture impeccable and clean. She works very hard along with the other house keepers maintaining the cleanliness of the building. Med techs and CNA’s treat residents as their own family members making sure everyone is well dressed and in a good stable condition. Ruthy is awesome and amazing Med Tech!!! Kitchen staff is always kind towards the residents and make sure all residents are well fed with food made with love. Thank you all kitchen staff and Katie Chef for all the hard work you do! And I can’t forget the incredible nurses Colleen and Maritza! Thank you for always caring about residents and staff! You all make a huge difference as well in the building! This ALF has True Angels here. Real people with real intentions to bring light into the lives of seniors.

I am a nurse leader and have over 25 plus years experience in health care administration at the senior level, including, being a former hospital CEO. The facility is older and may not have all the upscale fancy things. but let me tell you what they do have that should be most important Fantastic leadership. I am thoroughly impressed with the Executive Director Jesse Pitts and the Wellnes Coordinator Christina Muniz. They have a genuine passion for what they do and go above and beyond for the residents. There is staff longevity which speaks volumes and the residents appear well cared for and happy. You can show up unannounced at any time and the compassionate care is consistent. Additionally, I am a self-confessed foodie and the smells coming from the kitchen are mouth watering. Someone knows how to cook with soul. :-) I have complete assurance that my Mom is getting the best care possible and in line with their name, the staff are true Angels.
