I was a resident for about a year. Thankfully my late partner saw the matter that you denied my requests for interpreters. He told me it wasn’t worth my extra time to stay. I have my neck upright no collar needed. My daughter enjoys walking with me everywhere we go. Yes, I have a car of my own. Regina Campbell!!! Let me remind you that funds are not yours: Medicare/Medicaid Federal Funds Donations Community Funds Profits They expect you to accommodate elders, disabilities and interpreters financially. You take advantage of them and ours!!! I pray some residents move out soon after finding hypocrisy in there. I did find some hypocritical people who were working there.

My mom is a current resident at Hacienda Villas. I know we have some bad reviews On here, but ever since the new Administrator has taken over, this place is a haven for its residents. He has done a complete overhaul to the place and unlike the previous Admins, from what I had heard, he actually cares about the residents and provides them with compassion. He will go above and beyond for them. Thank you to all the staff at Hacienda. You are doing a wonderful job caring for our families.

There is absolutely no way this place could receive 5 stars. This facility is as old as Ybor city! 50 plus years old! Outdated! Dark! Dreary! Sad! No life! Wow! They really need to upgrade, renovate, redecorate, refurnish...just everything! Sorry but not sorry for my review especially when these type of facilities are expensive places to live. Also, just because COVID is a current situation in the world, they need to stop using COVID as an excuse for the lack of things they are doing for the resident but expect the same expenses to be paid. Lastly, how do they not have a model room setup to show future or prospective residents?? That is bad business.
