This is my first google review. I have lived in American House Independent Living for over 7+ years. I want to say I have noticed the changes taking place over the last year or so since Denise stepped in as our Executive Director. American House has really improved the campus landscaping. The outside of around the building and the plants are absolutely stunning. American House with the independent living leadership team really cares about the general appearance of the campus and the cleanliness of the building. If something comes up that you need help with a repair in your apartment, the team addresses concerns right away. Kristi, and the sales team are so helpful and friendly and get the residents involved with welcoming our new move ins. I love it when people say how friendly and warm we are. But there are even more nice things to say: Chef Martin is an excellent Culinary Director and his staff, and the food menu are both outstanding. The daily living experience is wonderful and Teresa in Life Enrichment is adding new events and outings all the time. Her dedication to our residents really shows. Family nights are so special and fun. This all said, if you are looking for a place that has vibrancy, is well run, and where you can make lasting friendships, I highly recommend American House Bonita Springs Independent Living.

American House was my 1st choice in Independent Living as it is light and airy and the people are friendly and staff is outstanding. I have been here 3 years! Love it!

American House at Bonita Springs is a beautiful and welcoming place for hat you can feel comfortable in knowing loved ones are living and eating well! Food is fantastic. Decor is beautiful. Music is lovely. I’m so happy we found this home for my father!
The best!! Why go anyplace else! See my earlier review. This is MY HOME, and I couldn't be happier! I am in a larger apartment, now with Den… & Christmas & New Year were fun, friendly & delicious! Only thing I miss are lectures by competent people which were available on a regular basis at my previous facility. That, would be the cherry on the top—and we DO NEED TO KEEP OUR BRAINS EXERCISED! Ofherwise, it’s the tops!!
I just moved in and I cannot be more delighted than I am! I wish I had done it sooner and never gone to Seascape in Naples, which was the cause of great distress caused by a most unprofessional & untrained Exec. Dir. who harrassed me & slandered my good name with lies, for no reason but her own. I would never have chosen to reside there myself. But, the American House in Bonita Springs is not only headed by a professional team, the cuisine is most excellent, the programs are many & varied, and the Independent Community of which I have become a part, is as welcoming as any you could want! The grounds are an extensive 26-acres, with a lake front where I am, but beautifully laid out which comforts & delights the gardener still in me. I am HOME!
My Mom has been living in American House for almost 8 months. I cannot say enough good things about the staff, events, food, and friendship American House has provided for her. She has never been happier. It has been a Godsend. They deserve a 10+ in stars. A shout out to all of the staff and residents!!!
