Ambassador healthcare has helped my grandpa in so many ways. My family and I are so grateful for all the staff has done to care for him. The admissions team was so welcoming when he arrived and the therapy team helped him get strong enough to go home. We would happily recommend this facility to anyone seeking therapy!!
Admissions answered all our questions and gave us a tour. Tammy Social Services helped me very hard to accomplish an effective room change. Physical Therapy was AMAZING!!! They didn't give up on my strength and stability so I could walk again. Occupational Therapy improved my strength in places I didn't know existed 😄

A family member was a patient at Ambassador. He is diabetic and was ordered a carb-controlled diet. Despite this, he was repeatedly given meals high in carbohydrates, resulting in blood sugar levels in the 400s. These concerns were reported to dietary, the unit manager, and the Director of Nursing, and no effective changes were made, as he continued to receive high-carbohydrate meals. During his stay, he developed two unstageable pressure ulcers. He also missed a scheduled wound care appointment due to poor coordination by the facility. His condition declined and he required hospitalization for several weeks. Based on our experience, there were serious issues with diet management, wound prevention, and overall care coordination. I would not recommend this facility.
The therapy department is amazing
My mother has been at ambassador for a few years now. i deal mostly with Amie in the Business Office. I have nothing but great things to say about her. She is very inelegant and always very helpful even if it is not about finances she is always there to guise me in the right direction with my moms needs. Amie has been outstanding for the past yeasrs, seems to be the only one who will answer the phone or stay after hours to wait for me and meet with me. there needs to be more people in this world who care as much as she does. thank you.
I would rate this facility a half of a star if I could. The staff are in disarray at best, and should keep their mouths down because I could hear them in the hallway making jokes about me and calling me names. There seems to be a lack of coordination and accountability here that causes complete chaos and humiliation.
