My dad was here for 23 days. He loved the staff. They were all very attentive, informative, kind and friendly. He also loved the food. He would talk to a nutritionist daily and request alternatives and was always happy with his substitutions. He liked the rehab staff. He wished the rehab was more intensive. He was there through the holidays so there was no rehab scheduled on those days, which he understood. He highly recommends this facility.

I wouldn’t recommend this place if you or your loved one are unable to speak or incapacitated. The care this place from the case manager Tanya, the doctors, and nurses was awful! These people refused to provide my mom with alternative treatment to blood per her written request. They tried to trick me into going against my mom’s written requests. Due to lack of treatment, delay in care my mom ended up on dialysis. She had a massive wound and her entire team refused to give her pain medication. They tried to convince me my mom wasn’t in pain with a brand new Stage 4 sacral wound with the bone exposed that she wasn’t in pain. They tortured my mom and provided her with the worse care because of her religious beliefs. This was a traumatic experience. I am grateful to have advocated for my mom the best I could. I was able to get her the alternative treatment she needed after months of begging. She responded well to it within 2 weeks of starting. I’m confident to say if the treatment was started months prior along with proper pain medication, she would still be alive today. Stay far away from anything with Advent or Connerton. The nurses are unprofessional and lack critical thinking skills.

Around 7pm yesterday evening my husband and daughter suffered a medical emergency in route to an emergency room. I was terrified and quickly pulled into the circular drive of this facility and was met with the most compassionate caring staff I’ve ever met in my 23 years as a nurse. The staff without even hesitating called 911 for me triaged my family until ems arrived and reassured and calmed me. They ensured my family was safe and well cared for and for that I am forever grateful.Both were having anaphylactic shock related to an allergic reaction and the outcome could have been so much worse. Me and my family are so greatful for the love and care we received and want to say thank you so very much.

Her Communication was slow and often unclear, which left me feeling ignored and unsupported. When I raised concerns, they were not addressed in a timely or proactive manner, and I felt that my issues were dismissed rather than resolved. Overall, the lack of responsiveness and accountability from management caused unnecessary stress and made my experience with AdventHealth very unsatisfactory."
