Advent Square is an amazing independent care, assisted living facility and memory care center for your loved ones. Run under the auspices of the Advent Lutheran church, it is not your typical commercial establishment, but rather a loving, caring community of like minded staff who put their residents first above all else as their mission to serve. Advent Square is an amazing independent care, assisted living facility and memory care center for your loved ones. Run under the auspices of the Advent Lutheran church, it is not your typical commercial establishment, but rather a loving, caring community of like minded staff who put their residents first above all else as their mission to serve. The ambiance is like no other - beautiful garden apartments with huge windows that look out onto beautiful green space, which residents can beautify with cheerful flower gardens and decor, inside and out. With no more than 25 apartments in total for independent and assisted living, and another 16 rooms dedicated to memory care, the care is personal, loving, and intimate. I would highly recommend anyone who is evaluating a center for their loved ones to come visit Advent first before considering other centers. They will see, as our family did, upon entering the property why Advent Square is a very special place that your loved ones would be blessed and very happy to call home.
My 94 yr old mom with dementia was at Advent Square for 15 months before she recently passed Sept.24. This facility is very clean lots of hands on staff. They helped us call on hospice the last 4 days. Within 2hours Morselife had a hospital bed oxygen and meds ready for mom. The staff were all like family taking care of not only mom but us also. When mom was taking her last breaths the nurse Michelle and two other aides were there around her bed giving us support and love. I can't thank them enough.

Came to deliver packages here for a resident. The gate to the residence unit was giving issues the black thing you need to pull wasn’t working right. So I asked the receptionist the short red/or brown hair older lady for help. SHE IMMEDIATELY ROLLED HER EYES AS IF I WAS ASKING FOR TOO MUCH. Since this is a senior living facility you all might want to get ppl with more patience rolling eyes just for asking for help is unnecessary and rude.
Small amount of people. Cozy and intimate not overwhelming with people in wheel chairs. Apartments are large. They have a kitchen, living room and a large bedroom. My mom plays bingo twice a week. They have music on the weekend. It has been a positive experience and I definitely recommend Advent Square.
I went to Advent Square for my mother. It's very quaint. They have 16 rooms, and they only take that many patients. The staff is amazing and very, very caring. I have a couple of friends whose parents are there and they have excellent care because it's very small and a Christian-based facility. The staff was fabulous. She has called and checked in a few times, too. That's a wonderful place. It was almost in between a nursing home and an assisted living. Even though I think it's considered assisted living, it has a lot of one-on-one care. They were doing arts and crafts one day when I was there. I didn't get to see the food. But everything looked nice and clean and the grounds were pretty. The garden area was pretty.
My loved one is a resident at Advent Square and this facility is a great place! The food is good. The staff is great, they are all helpful and friendly and concerned about their residents. This facility is a great size for my loved one! That activities are good, also. I would recommend Advent Square to others.
