Nobody really knows what to do when this happens to your loved one, who needs the quality of care in order for them to have the quality of living. I'm really grateful for everything Tracy did for my father.
My mom needed to make the transition from the family home she raised our family in to a retirement community. That whole process was so overwhelming and emotional, but the support we received from Mark and Ellie made it super manageable. We found a great fit for her and she has been receiving wonderful care ever since. We are so grateful for the service that Sunways Senior Living provides!
I cannot express how much Tracy Kuschnitzky, Concierge at Sunways Senior Living, meant to us during my mom’s recent stay in rehab. I’ve never had someone put in so much time and effort in making a very difficult situation manageable. I was 500 miles away in the beginning and I felt like she was a friend next door. She is so caring and kind and was reachable each and every time we had questions or just needed updates. Chrisi was extremely helpful in our search for a home for my mother-in-law. She listened to our needs, asked good questions and showed us several places within our budget which took into consideration her current and future needs. Chrisi was easy to work with, patient and really cared that it was a good fit for our entire family. I highly recommend Chrisi to help you navigate this very important decision.
I can’t say enough wonderful things about this company. I was looking for an assisted living facility for my sister. I worked with a lovely representative, Jennifer Buttice. It was very apparent how much she loved her job and cared about finding the perfect forever home for my sister. We ended up moving her into Emerald Court in Pinellas Park. I highly recommend this facility as well. The company Mark & Ellie have founded is a God send if you’re looking for people that care about your family and their well being as much as you do. Let them do the leg work for you and I promise you won’t regret it.

Sounds professional in the beginning, then leaves you. Not keeping appts for tours. Texts telling you to tour them yourselves. Owners state the are not about profit first - but then tell you to tour in your own and put them as a reference. Thats how they get paid. Rep cusses and insults you (called me names) - like a kindergarten. Owner was professional, but allowed risks to her company and behaviors that can cause pain and more confusion. Avoid them unless you want them to tell and. Intro what you do - you better listen to them. Scare tactics used. Next is state filing.
My experience dealing with Alice Meyer was outstanding! She is wonderful to talk to and a wealth of information. I was grateful for her help in finding an ALF for the lady I care for that would be enriching and cost effective. She knows her business as I believe I have found the ideal fit… It’s only the beginning of this process but I rest assured that Alice will help always. I would and will recommend her highly!!
